With over 15 years of experience in strategic IT Procurement and Market Data sourcing, I have built a strong track record delivering measurable value within international financial market infrastructures, operating in highly regulated and high-stakes environments.
I advise organizations on how to turn procurement into a strategic performance lever, combining commercial excellence, rigorous governance and execution discipline. My expertise spans complex negotiations across cloud, software, infrastructure, outsourcing and IT services, consistently delivering significant and sustainable savings (often exceeding 20% year-on-year) while strengthening procurement operating models through robust KPIs, procedures and performance dashboards.
Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with senior leadership teams, translating business priorities into structured sourcing strategies that balance cost, risk, performance and delivery timelines. I have also developed long-term strategic relationships with global tier-one suppliers including Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, IBM, Bloomberg and ICE Data…, ensuring supplier capabilities remain aligned with evolving business needs.
